How we hit 14 days every time

Four things, in order:

• Same-night backup. The moment we wrap, SD cards are copied to two drives and one cloud backup before anyone goes home. Nothing lives on one card.
• Selection within 72 hours. A lead editor culls the full take down to the keepers in the first three days. That's when emotional memory of the day is sharpest — waiting two weeks means worse selections.
• Two-pass editing. First pass handles color, exposure, and cropping. Second pass handles skin, detail retouching, and the hero frames. Neither is skipped. Neither is rushed.
• Final QA by the lead. The photographer who shot the day reviews the gallery before it goes live. If something's off, we catch it before you do.
