No registration cost, no platform cut, no hidden deductions. Book assignments, complete the shoot, upload RAW footage, and get paid. Our post team handles every minute of editing. Our concierge team handles every client conversation. Your only job is to show up and capture the day.

No shift quotas, no mandatory weekends, no location commitments. Accept the gigs that fit your life and decline the rest — no penalty. Our freelancers shoot anywhere from one wedding a month to thirty a year. The only mandatory thing is delivering on the bookings you accept.

Digital asset handoffs through our uploader, travel reimbursement where applicable, 72-hour response from coordinators, shot-list prep on every booking, and a backup creative on standby for every booking. You show up to a wedding that has already been scoped, timed, and briefed.

Lead Photographer
Freelance · NationwideLead the day. Coverage from 4 to 10+ hours. You capture the ceremony, portraits, reception, and all details on the shot list. Our post-production team handles culling, color, retouching, and album design. Expect 2–6 bookings per month during peak season if you have availability.

Submit the form below with a portfolio link. A manager reviews every application within 72 hours. If your work is a fit, we schedule a 30-minute intro call to walk through workflow, pay, and region coverage. From there we start sending gig offers.
Our in-house post team does every minute of editing. You upload RAW files, and that is the end of your post-production involvement. No culling, no color, no retouching. No exceptions.
Fixed rate per booking, agreed before you accept the gig. Net-15 payment terms. ACH or direct deposit — no waiting on checks, no chargebacks, no clawbacks.
Yes. Freelancers bring their own camera body, lenses, lighting, and (for videographers) gimbal + audio. We publish a minimum gear spec per role at the intro call. If you have questions about whether your kit qualifies, ask.
We match freelancers to bookings within your home metro by default. Travel beyond ~60 miles includes a travel stipend. Destination bookings (Mexico, Caribbean, luxury resorts) are offered separately and include flights + lodging.
Let your coordinator know as early as possible and we will reassign the booking to our backup. Once in a while is fine. A pattern of cancellations will affect your gig flow.
