Client usage rights

Clients who booked Precious Pics for their wedding, anniversary, or other event receive personal-use rights to their final gallery. That includes:

• Unlimited personal prints and albums from the delivered gallery.
• Sharing on personal social media accounts.
• Use in personal keepsakes (invitations, thank-you cards, framed prints).
• Non-commercial display on personal blogs and family websites.

Client licenses do not transfer to commercial use, stock licensing, or resale. For commercial use of your gallery, please reach out to coordinate a commercial-use addendum.

Vendor & venue usage

Vendors (florists, planners, venues, stylists, caterers, officiants) who participated in a wedding we photographed may request complimentary vendor usage rights. When granted, images may be used on:

• The vendor's portfolio / website, with a visible credit.
• The vendor's social media accounts, with a tag or credit.
• The vendor's editorial submissions (The Knot, WeddingWire, Style Me Pretty, etc.), with a credit.

To request vendor rights, email welcome@preciouspicspro.com with the wedding date, couple names, and intended use.

Press & editorial

Press, publications, and editorial outlets may request single-use image licenses at no cost, subject to approval. Submit requests to welcome@preciouspicspro.com with intended use, publication name, and run date.

Commercial & stock licensing

Commercial use — advertising, brand marketing, stock-image resale, AI-model training, print-on-demand — requires a written commercial license. Please inquire at welcome@preciouspicspro.com.

Takedowns

If you are featured in an image on this site and would like it removed, email welcome@preciouspicspro.com with the URL and a brief note. We honor takedown requests within 72 hours.
