Yes, but there is a catch. Most couples review portfolios based on criteria not directly related to the production work — beauty of the couple, venue, decorations, and overall look and feel. Their wedding may look different. Things like bad weather or low indoor light can change many desired shots. We offer professional guidance on mood boards and portfolio picks so the final deliverables match the vision.
It depends on several variables — guest count, getting-ready locations, and shot-list size. One cameraman has just two hands and needs help in many cases. We help you and your couple determine whether an associate shooter is needed.
Yes — we work with the couple's shot list and can help build one. Your concierge reviews the timeline and key shots on a 30-minute pre-wedding call so nothing important is missed.
Most likely, yes. Send us the venue name and we'll send venue-specific portfolio samples — or samples from comparable spaces nearby. Chances are someone on our team has been inside the room.
Edited photos are typically delivered within 2 weeks, and edited video within 6 to 8 weeks. Both timelines start from the wedding day or the day we receive music and the pre-edit form, whichever is later. Galleries are hosted online for easy sharing.
Share the venue name and location. We will pull portfolios from the area and send dedicated links for review.
Couples contact us to check date availability. We give professional advice on package selection and review Pinterest boards to determine style. Then they pick area- or venue-specific portfolios, book in a few clicks, and get their date secured with an award-winning team.
Upon booking we send a Booking Form that asks detailed questions about the day. We request inspirational boards and match the couple to the right creative. We jump on a 30-minute call to go over the timeline, build the shot list, and make notes of things important to them. Our qualified-backup policy ensures continuity if an emergency arises with their scheduled team.
