Luxury Wedding Photography with White Glove Service — wedding photography by Precious Pics

When couples ask what White Glove means, the honest answer is: it's a concierge layer on top of the photography. Not a fancier camera, not a different photographer — a different operating model. Instead of booking a shooter and waiting until the week of, you get a dedicated lead who handles the coordination that every other studio dumps on the couple.

What White Glove actually changes

Three things, in order of how much they matter on the day.

A real timeline, built with you. Most photographers ask for your timeline two weeks before the wedding and try to make it work. We build yours with you 60–90 days out, with light windows, transition buffers, and the portrait windows protected. Your planner gets a copy. So does your videographer.

Vendor coordination happens without you. Permits, venue insurance, drone clearance, getting-ready-room access, shot-sharing agreements with other vendors — we handle those directly. You shouldn't be emailing the venue's events manager three days before your wedding.

Delivery is organized, not just fast. The 14-day gallery is standard across all our packages. What White Glove adds is the delivery structure: galleries organized by chapter (getting ready, ceremony, portraits, reception), vendor-shared selects, and album design support if you want a printed book.

What's included, specifically

  • Named concierge contact from booking through delivery
  • Custom photography timeline built with your planner
  • Vendor communication — venue, florist, videographer, planner, DJ
  • Pre-wedding walkthrough or video scout of the venue
  • Two-step editing with final QA by the lead photographer
  • Gallery delivery in 14 days, organized by chapter
  • Vendor gallery access for florist/planner to pull their own selects
  • Optional album design (quoted separately, not a surprise charge)

What it doesn't include

Editing that invents something that wasn't there. We don't photoshop guests out of frames, we don't composite sunsets, we don't remove real weather. The gallery you get is a real record of your day.

The best wedding photo is the one that happened. Our job is to be ready when it does — not to build one afterward.

Who it's for

Couples planning weddings with three or more vendors who want one less email thread. Couples whose venues have strict requirements. Couples getting married somewhere they don't live. Couples who hired a planner and want that planner to have one point of contact for imagery.

Couples planning a 20-person backyard wedding with one vendor don't need White Glove. They need a good photographer. We offer both.

What it costs

Our White Glove coverage starts higher than our base photography package because the labor is real — 6–10 hours of concierge work happens before the day itself. We hold dates with a $200 pre-booking that applies to the final invoice, and we quote the full package before you commit.

See if it's the right fit for your day.
