## The White Glove Service

Every booking is paired with a dedicated concierge from the moment of inquiry through final gallery delivery. The concierge builds your wedding-day timeline, coordinates every creative on the team, scouts your venue, liaises with your planner, and monitors delivery. Couples have one point of contact — not a revolving support queue — for the entire engagement through post-production.

This is the difference between "hiring a photographer" and "hiring a studio with a service model." We do not charge travel fees within our serviced regions; pricing is all-inclusive (no surprise fees, no add-on coverage upcharges at signing).

Lead videographer, two to three HD cameras, horizontal and vertical footage (social-ready + theatrical edits), unlimited locations, dedicated concierge. Edited video delivered in under 30 days.

### Collections — starting at $1,999
Photo plus video combined. One to two photographers, one to two videographers, four to five HD cameras total, RAW footage included, dedicated concierge. Our most popular package because most couples want both photo and video from the day.

All tiers have sub-variants (Basics, Classic, Deluxe, Collections) that adjust the number of cameras, lead-vs-associate staffing, and hours of coverage. The concierge tailors a custom quote within 24 hours of inquiry based on your venue, timeline, and style references.

### Have you worked at our venue before?

Most probably yes. We have photographed over 13,000 weddings across the DMV, NY Tri-State, New England, Pacific Northwest, South Florida, SoCal, Colorado, Texas, and destination locations. Reach out with your venue and we will share venue-specific portfolios.

### How fast do you deliver?

On average, edited photos deliver in under 14 days and edited video in under 30 days. All galleries are hosted online for easy sharing with family and friends. Turnaround is the same whether your wedding is local or destination.

### Do you charge travel fees?

No travel fees within our serviced regions (15 US states and international destinations). For destinations outside our standard service area we quote travel as a line-item at signing — still no surprise fees after booking.

### Do you shoot multi-day cultural weddings?

Yes. South Asian, East Asian, Jewish, Islamic, and other multi-day traditions are a meaningful share of our work. We scale the team to cover mehndi, sangeet, haldi, ceremony, reception, pyebaek, nikah, walima, and every other event in the series.

### What happens if our main shooter gets sick?

Every booking has back-up shooters on call. We run a boutique studio with redundant staffing — there is no single point of failure.

### Are you insured?

Yes. Fully insured with venue-required certificates of insurance available on request (most DC and Miami metro venues are on our pre-approved list).
